NEW BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE
The CDA HOA Board has decided to reduce the amount of meetings held each year from every month to bi-monthly. This will result in only six regularly scheduled meetings each year. This change is an effort to reduce the costs to the CDA HOA.
If, between regularly scheduled meetings, there is a need for the Board to review an issue, they will call a special meeting to resolve that issue. If one of these special meetings is called, persuant to current law, a four-day notice will be posted at the Board meeting room door and the mailbox area, as well as on this website.
